By accessing or using aiGIGsearch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

aiGIGsearch is an AI-powered business idea generator that provides structured business concepts, including industry analysis, revenue models, target markets, and implementation plans ("Deep Dives"). The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's AI prompts, algorithms, or backend logic
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without express written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI prompts, algorithms, and branding of aiGIGsearch are the intellectual property of aiGIGsearch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Business ideas generated by the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use. However, the underlying technology, prompts, and methodology used to generate those ideas remain the property of aiGIGsearch.

5. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Service ("Deep Dives") require payment. Prices are listed in US dollars. All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

One-time purchases (Single, 5-Pack) are non-refundable once a Deep Dive has been consumed.
Subscription plans (Monthly) may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Business ideas generated will be profitable, feasible, or suitable for your specific situation
The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Market data, revenue estimates, or implementation details will be accurate or current

You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any business ideas obtained through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiGIGsearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. DMCA and Copyright Claims

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at aiGIGsearch@gmail.com with a description of the copyrighted work and the location of the alleged infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
